Roodlof is een kruising tussen witlof en radicchio. Roodlof is heerlijk zacht zoet van smaak. Het is makkelijk te bereiden en het kan zowel rauw door salades als gekookt of gegaard in de oven. Ook is roodlof prima om te gebruiken als gezonde snack.

Herkomst

Rungis is complete. We have a good relationship with their people, they keep us informed about the seasons, they really think along.

The quality of their stuff is also three levels highter than before. But what i'm most happy about is the service of Rungis. I have never experiences this in twenty years in the hospitality industry.
